New Beginnings
For the past four-and-a-half years I have been deeply entrenched in corporate life - working for American Express several different roles. When I joined the company I started as a programmer developing intranet dashboards and web applications with J2EE, before moving on to focus on the front-end user experience of users on the companies website. This led to my involvement in usability testing, front-end design and build which saw excellent improvements in both satisfaction and conversion rates of various online processes and applications. Over the past year, I have also had the opportunity to really focus on the design and creative strategy for American Express's online presence, as well as working to optimize what we have.
